We bought this property in 2010. It has really been a special place for our family and us. Photos were taken when it wasn't mowed and looking nice. In the picture (above bottom right) you can see the canal on the left that runs from the Illinois river back to Rice Lake. Water from this canal is pumped into Rice Lake for duck season each fall.
