"Crown Meadow's Figgy Newton"
This outstanding 3 year old jack is not only a beautiful black in color, but only 30 1/2" tall. He was born at Crown Meadows Farm in Oregon and we purchased him from Jane Savage at Flight of Fancy Farm in New Hampshire this past fall. His sire was RF Gelato(pictured below), who was also a Crown Meadow herd sire. He is black/brown with buttery white points (son of champion sire RF Caruso). Gelato has a powerful chest, great bone, an upright balanced style, and very athletic. 1999 Nat'l Champion Best of Breed (Pacific Crest Spring Classic).
We have already started using Figgy in our breeding program and we are very excited about the foals he will be producing for us starting in 2004.
